The event is in Garland’s recently refurbished square, easily walkable from the Blue Line’s Downtown Garland Station.
The festival is Garland’s 2nd annual installment of this event, and it features performances celebrating Thailand, Laos, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Korea, and many more. There are also lots of vendors and even a parade.
